概述

Illumina Microbial Amplicon Prep(IMAP)是一款基于扩增子的文库制备试剂盒,采用的化学技术与COVIDSeq一致。利用该试剂盒可迅速、简单地完成文库制备,所得文库与几乎所有因美纳测序系统兼容。它适用于各种传染性疾病、公共卫生监测和微生物研究应用,包括病毒全基因组测序、抗菌药物耐药性标志物分析、细菌和真菌鉴定等应用。

该试剂盒可与各种定制、已发布或市售的引物集(不包括引物寡核苷酸)配合使用,并且与提取自培养物、拭子(鼻咽、皮肤和鼻腔)、废水等样本的RNA或DNA兼容。可使用Basespace Sequence Hub上的DRAGEN Targeted Microbial App和预加载的靶标进行数据分析,此外,还可以轻松上传文件进行自定义分析。
