MeRIP-Seq/m6A-seq
MeRIP-Seq/m6A-seq
m6A-specific methylated RNA immunoprecipitation with next generation sequencing (MeRIP-Seq or m6A-Seq ) maps m6A methylated RNA. In this method, m6A-specific antibodies are used to immunoprecipitate RNA. RNA is then reverse-transcribed to cDNA and sequenced. Deep sequencing provides high resolution reads of m6A-methylated RNA.
