Local Run Manager is an integrated on-instrument solution for creating a sequencing run, monitoring run status, analyzing sequencing data, and viewing results. It integrates with the instrument control software and is easily accessed through a web browser, with a user-friendly touchscreen interface.
Local Run Manager automatically performs on-instrument data analysis. Various optional software modules are available to perform analysis procedures designed for different library types. Local Run Manager currently works with the analysis software modules listed below.

Available Analysis Modules
TruSight Tumor 15 Analysis Module
Analyzes and generates a filtered report for samples prepared using the TruSightTumor 15 assay for 15 genes associated with solid tumors.
Amplicon Analysis Module
Enables variant detection and streamlined analysis of Illumina TruSeq Amplicon panels.
Amplicon DS Analysis Module
Enables streamlined analysis of the Illumina TruSight Tumor 26 and dual pool (dual strand) TruSeq Custom Amplicon panels.
DNA Enrichment Analysis Module
Aligns reads against a whole genome reference and performs variant analysis for specified regions of interest.
Small RNA Analysis Module
Aligns reads and outputs hits. Performs optional novel precursor discovery and pairwise differential expression analysis.
Targeted RNA Analysis Module
Analyzes RNA samples prepared using TruSeq Targeted RNA Expression Kits. Aligns reads, quantifies relative expression.
Resequencing Analysis Module
Aligns reads and performs variant analysis for whole-genome sequencing of small genomes.
GenerateFASTQ Analysis Module
Generates demultiplexed FASTQ files for further downstream analysis.
