The MicroRNA Expression Profiling Assay uses a modified version of the DASL Assay to measure microRNAs. The MicroRNA Expression Profiling Reagent Kits includes reagents needed for extension, ligation, clean up, and hybridization of samples to the Universal Array Matrix and are available with or without UDG.
