GoldenGate Assay Kits

The GoldenGate Assay Kit provides the reagents for the core of the DASL Assay protocol, including extension, ligation, clean up, and hybridization to the multi-sample array format of choice. Kits are available with and without Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG), which is recommended as a contamination-prevention mechanism.

The DASL Assay requires use of a cDNA Synthesis Kit, GoldenGate Assay Kit, DAP, and Universal Array.
