The DASL Human Cancer Panel is a pool of selected probe groups that targets 502 genes collected from ten publicly available cancer gene lists. Genes were chosen based on their frequency of appearance on these lists and the frequency of literature citations association with cancer. Each gene in the Cancer Panel is targeted in three locations with three probe sets per gene.
